What payment methods can I use ?

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.

Offline Payments: You can also make Offline Payments using one of the following methods – Cheque payments or Bank Transfer via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS.

I just cancelled my order, how do I get refund ?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 working days from the time of order cancellation. This refund is subject to cancellation terms of the said service / product.

Please note all the sales / invoices once processed are final. If there is any problem related to the vehicle, our team will support you till the problem is resolved.

If you a processing a refund that you have made via NEFT, kindly submit the following details: Beneficiary Name, 2. Beneficiary Account Number, 3. Beneficiary Bank Name, 4. IFSC Code, 5. Account Type, 6. MICR Code Branch name, 8. Postal Address (in case of cheque).

Is there any cancellation / refund charge ?

Yes, for any order that you have done with us and if refund for that product is applicablet - A cancellation charge of Rs. 2000 + applicable taxes will be charged on that order value. The difference amount will be refunded to you based on your mode of payment. Please note, cancellation / refund is only possible if the claim is made within money back guarantee period.
